Job Title: IT Project Support Specialist

Gi Group Professionals is seeking an experienced IT Project Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Project Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal and external customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our NPI CAD and documentation systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal and external customers, resolving issues and answering questions related to NPI CAD and documentation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and process procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12-18 months of experience in engineering design or manufacturing support role.
  • Level 3 HNC/Level 5 HND qualified in Design/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in NPI CAD and documentation systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
