We are currently seeking a highly motivated UK Construction Management Specialist to join our team based in Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project management services on £100m+ UK infrastructure, utilities, or other complex construction projects.

As a seasoned project manager, you will lead, develop, and manage multidisciplinary teams to identify solutions to client requirements and establish a robust baseline plan to successfully deliver client objectives. Your expertise in NEC4 / NR / FIDIC contracts will be invaluable in this role.

Key qualifications include experience in managing the delivery of complex construction projects, knowledge of security clearance procedures, and a strong understanding of client needs. Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities, and have a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of £90,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including pension, private healthcare, flexible working, and more.
