Job Summary:

Emplas Group is seeking a highly skilled CRM System Project Coordinator to join our implementation team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our CRM system and integration with customers' accounting packages. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of CRM solutions and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the implementation process for our CRM system and integration with customers' accounting packages.
  • Work closely with clients to develop customized implementation plans tailored to their specific needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process.
  • Manage day-to-day implementation projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
  • Monitor project progress against key indicators and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of our CRM system with customers' accounting packages.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone and ticketing systems.
  • Develop and deliver user training sessions to enhance client understanding of our product features and best practices.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:
  • Proven experience in project coordination and customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A deep understanding of CRM systems and software integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per annum.
