Diagnostic Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Technician to join our team at Listers. As a Diagnostic Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our customers' vehicles, providing outstanding customer support, and collaborating with different departments across the business to achieve goals.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with Toyota vehicles using state-of-the-art systems.
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, including suspension, steering, brakes, wheel bearings, driveshafts, exhausts, and air conditioning servicing.
- Work on EV and Hybrid vehicles, including repairs and maintenance on batteries, drive motors, auxiliary drive packs, and control systems.
- Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
- Complete all service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
- Work closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge.
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
- Electric and Hybrid vehicle qualification or certification (advantageous but not essential).
- MOT License (beneficial but not essential).
- Full UK Driving licence.
