About the Job:

  • This is a permanent position involving working with 30 apprentices at various stages of their HVAC qualifications.
  • You will be responsible for guiding, coaching, and mentoring these apprentices to ensure their success in their HVAC qualifications.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A strong background in HVAC engineering.
  • NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience in service/maintenance engineering is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A salary of approximately £42,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
  • A generous benefits package, including a 23% pension scheme and 45 days holiday allowance.
