About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Professional to join our prestigious Pharmaceutical client in West Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, and East Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic account management, sales, and customer identification. They will be able to develop and implement a territory business plan, deliver planned sales, and maximize product access.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Deliver commercial goals through strategic account management and excellence in implementation.
- Strategic Account Management: Maximize access and guidance to assist the implementation of product.
- Customer Identification: Map and prioritize key customers, including consultants, nurses, pharmacists, and other decision makers.
- Business Planning: Develop and implement a territory business plan to deliver commercial objectives.
- Reporting: Report against business plan and ensure all activities are completed in a compliant and timely manner.
- Brand Management: Leverage company corporate brand by showcasing value improvements in care, service, and treatment optimization.
- Innovation: Encouraged to improve and innovate roles, highlighting improvements and innovations that may benefit healthcare engagement and delivery.
- Scientific, nursing, and/or commercial education combined.
- Experience in local protocol development/formulary management and implementation.
- Broad therapeutic competence.
- Relevant experience in sales to specialists in secondary care and obtaining formulary status.
- ABPI qualified.
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum
