About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your skills as a Territory Sales Director in a dynamic and growing company like Pro4orm People Ltd. You will be responsible for delivering sales objectives across the territory, with autonomy and support from the regional team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize product access and sales growth.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, nurses, and pharmacists.
  • Map and prioritize customers to optimize business planning and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and ensure compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., science, nursing, or commerce).
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of success in local protocol development and formulary management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a regional team.
