Residential Care Support Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our support team as a Deputy Home Manager at our Children's Home in the North West of England. This role involves working closely with young people, parents, and colleagues to ensure their needs are met.

Key Tasks:

  • Support and care for young people with complex needs, including emotional behavioural difficulties and autism.
  • Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each young person.
  • Manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to young people.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive support network for young people.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People (or equivalent).
  • Experience in residential childcare or a related field.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to young people.
