About the Role

As a Financial Planning Administrator at mbf., you will play a vital role in supporting the Wealth Management team in delivering exceptional client service. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Advisors and clients, ensuring the smooth processing of financial planning cases from client onboarding to ongoing portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Financial Advisors with the preparation of client reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Liaise with clients, financial institutions, and internal teams to process new business applications efficiently.
  • Obtain client policy information, Letters of Authority, and utilize various provider platforms to manage client correspondence and records.
  • Prepare reports and financial summaries to assist with meetings and reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a financial planning or wealth management environment, with a strong understanding of financial planning software and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
