Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Team Assistant to join our Creative Production team at Liberty. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the production process, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the creation of production schedules, maintaining accurate records of production budgets, and coordinating with teams to prioritize tasks and adjust schedules as needed. You will also be responsible for organizing the movement of stock, samples, and equipment to and from production locations, as well as coordinating with teams to distribute creative assets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating production schedules and ensuring all timelines, milestones, and deadlines are met.
- Maintain accurate records of production budgets and organize setting up new suppliers and raising purchase orders.
- Organize the movement of stock, samples, and equipment to and from production locations.
- Coordinate with teams to prioritize tasks and adjust schedules as needed.
- Support the Creative Producer with planning and coordination of editorial shoots, including research, site visits, and liaising with freelance HMUA, model bookers, stylists.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production-related or administrative role, preferably as a production assistant or coordinator.
- Experience in managing multiple consecutive deliverables and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to encourage cross-functional working.
- Proficient in MS Office software.
- Previous experience with project management tools is preferable.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
