Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our home care team. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized plans for achieving positive therapeutic outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in home healthcare or acute care settings, with a strong focus on process improvement and patient-centered care. A valid RI Board license and CPR certification are required.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a per diem position, with opportunities for flexible scheduling and professional growth within our organization.
