Director of Management

As a key member of our team at Skills Alliance, we are seeking a seasoned Director of Management to oversee and coordinate our organization's portfolio of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, delivering GxP system implementations or GxP system validation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of project managers and business analysts, fostering a collaborative work environment and encouraging continuous professional growth.
  • Act as a conduit between project management and other departments in the business, providing expert knowledge and support for the portfolio of work under their team's remit.
  • Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budgets, and technologies, to maximize efficiency and productivity across multiple projects.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management, to ensure alignment of project objectives and company goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of project management experience with 3 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry delivering GxP system implementations or GxP system validation projects.
  • Minimum 5 years people management experience.
  • Budget management experience for portfolios over $3M.
  • 5 years' experience in vendor management.
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical systems and implementations.
