About the Role

As a Billing & Invoicing Team Lead at SD Worx, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in completing customer invoicing processes in a timely and accurate manner. Your goal will be to maximize billed revenue while ensuring compliance with internal controls and the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the billing and invoicing team throughout monthly and annual processes
  • Oversee the transition of work from the current billing and invoicing role for Ireland
  • Get acquainted with current local systems and processes, as well as corporate systems and processes
  • Execute billing and invoicing tasks
  • Contact with business (customer delivery) to discuss input for billing
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in a billing and invoicing environment
  • Experience leading or managing a team is beneficial
  • Ability to prioritize and pay attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good Excel knowledge
  • Affinity for systems and processes, experience with SAP is a plus
  • Knowledge of indirect tax (VAT) is a plus
