Estimated Salary: £77,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Leading a team of Engineers.Developing and motivating people.Ensuring the successful performance of the team.Contributing to teamwork across the Group.

Requirements:

• CAD/CAM knowledge and understanding of modern manufacturing techniques and systems.

• Excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate people.

• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with business accounting and budget processes.

• Project planning, management, and NPI experience.

• Effective communication and influencing skills.
