About the Role:

  • Lead a team of sales associates in a luxury retail environment, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain high standards of visual presentation and commercial awareness to impact sales floor performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and increase sales conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with senior management to coach and develop team members, identifying areas for improvement and implementing training programs.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, motivating the team and building positive working relationships within the store.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a retail environment, preferably in luxury brands.
  • Strong knowledge of luxury products and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
