About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pricing SME to join our Centre of Expertise within Pricing & Underwriting. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our pricing and underwriting outcomes through transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide thought leadership and advice on pricing, costing, and actuarial matters across the P&U Chapter.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and other P&U teams to deliver value across the function.
  • Lead and deliver pricing transformation projects, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including leadership, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Commercial mentality with strong data expertise and ability to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Strong external pricing network and ability to bring external marketplace, customer, and competitor knowledge to the team.
  • Previous technical experience in pricing and relevant software, such as Radar Emblem, model building, etc.
  • Ability to positively influence a range of stakeholders, including leadership.
