Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Home Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support to our customers in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a strong commitment to providing person-centered care. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to customers in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light domestic duties
  • Support customers with mobility issues, including transfers and mobilization
  • Engage in activities that promote social interaction and companionship
Requirements
  • Minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK
  • Driving license and use of own car required (mileage reimbursed)
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including alternate weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
