About the Position

We are currently seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to fill the role of Neurodevelopmental Support Specialist. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to provide high-quality care and support to a child under the age of 1 who suffers from a neurodevelopmental disorder.

As a Neurodevelopmental Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the child with daily living tasks, developing personalized care plans, and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities and Expectations
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, tailored to meet the child's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide high-quality care and support, ensuring the child's safety and well-being at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with our team members, providing regular updates on the child's progress and needs.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities, staying up-to-date with best practices and research in neurodevelopmental disorders.
