People Advisor Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled People Advisor to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support on employee relations matters.
As a People Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for all employee relations issues and will provide guidance and support to colleagues across the business. You will work closely with our HR Business Partner to ensure that all employee relations matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating recruitment activities and supporting managers in all employee relations meetings
- Providing advice and guidance on employee relations issues, including employment law and best practice
- Managing HR administration, including onboarding new starters and managing short and long-term sickness absence
- Running and managing people surveys and producing weekly and monthly reports on People's KPIs
We are looking for a highly organized and administrative professional with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR environment, preferably in a manufacturing or production setting. A CIPD Level 5 qualification is also essential.
