Exciting Opportunity for a Mechanical Technician

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician to join our team at RHL Recruitment. As a Mechanical Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of mechanical systems and ensuring the efficient management and distribution of bulk fuel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and develop a system for implementing and recording maintenance and inspection on plant and equipment.
  • Perform maintenance and operational tasks on COMAH Top Tier and Lower Tier storage Terminals and pipeline systems.
  • Participate in an out-of-hours call-out roster for trouble shooting and corrective maintenance.
  • Attain and maintain competency to work on high-pressure systems transporting flammable substances.
  • Complete maintenance, testing, and adjustments on mechanical systems.
Requirements:
  • A recognised professional qualification in a relevant Mechanical discipline to NVQ level 3 or equivalent standard.
  • Experience of maintenance, root cause fault analysis, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Full Driving Licence.
