Our client is the largest independent global SAP solutions provider serving the public sector. They navigate the complexities of international businesses and public sector organizations, driving change and creating agile organizations using today's technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and own the solution architecture for multiple SAP modules, ensuring system integration, process optimization, and data migration.
  2. Provide strategic guidance throughout project phases, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  3. Lead project teams in resolving open issues and designing optimized processes.
  4. Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to build project plans, estimate resources, and monitor progress.
  5. Proactively resolve customer process, business challenge, SAP process, and architecture issues.
  6. Support the PMO in scope creep, impact analysis, and effort requirements.
  7. Communicate project updates and ensure the overall solution is well-designed and delivered.
  8. Prepare sales support materials, including presentation slides and artefacts.
  9. Accountable for building the Statement of Work (SOW) with activity-level planning and visibility.
Practice Responsibilities
  1. Participate in peer reviews, share feedback, and identify approaches for improvement.
  2. Follow up with project peers to ensure feedback is incorporated and monitored.
  3. Support the Practice Head in strategy activities, including recruitment and conducting interviews.
  4. Coach and mentor TRM consultants to develop their skills and become a talented pool.
  5. Proactively inform the Practice Head of project slips and seek intervention.
Education and Training
  1. BA/BS in computer science, business administration, or related fields. MBA, MS.
  2. Hands-on training in SAP sessions for skill development.
  3. Project collaboration to enhance business processes.
  4. Mentorship from subject matter experts for career growth.
  5. Tailored onboarding to develop tax process acumen and essential soft skills.
  6. Up to 80% travel may be expected once training is complete.

This program provides a profound understanding of the client's global business, gaining exposure and experience essential for becoming a future leader in SAP consulting.
