\We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our team as a Care Professional - Complex Needs Assistant. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced clinical team to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their homes and communities.

\Job Responsibilities

- Deliver person-centered care that respects the dignity and autonomy of each service user\
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals\
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care areas\
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery\
- Maintain accurate records and report any changes or concerns to the clinical team\
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment for service users and staff\
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines\
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects that promote positive change in the care industry\
- Act as an ambassador for City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, upholding the company's values and mission\
- Provide emotional support and guidance to service users and their families\
- Engage in regular supervision and performance management discussions to set goals and objectives\
- Attend training sessions, workshops, and conferences to stay updated on best practices and industry developments\
- Participate in quality assurance activities to monitor and improve care standards\
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by the manager or senior clinical team member\

- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts\
- The ability to work independently and make sound judgments in high-pressure situations\
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using digital tools and software\
- A DBS check and Enhanced Disclosure required\
- A valid driver's license (desirable)\
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (desirable)\
- Experience working with vulnerable adults or children (desirable)\
- Prior experience in a care setting (desirable)\
Salary and Benefits
\We offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour during the day, £13 per hour on weekends, and £11.44 per hour for sleeping nights. Additionally, you will benefit from:

Working Hours and Shift Patterns
\You will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including 24-hour shifts, to accommodate the needs of our service users. This may include evening, weekend, and sleep-in shifts. We understand the importance of work-life balance and strive to provide a stable and predictable schedule. However, we cannot guarantee a fixed routine due to the demands of the role.
