We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Hospitality and Events Team as a Hospitality and Event Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering premium experiences for clients across 26 locations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, leveraging your creativity and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional events. As a Hospitality and Event Planner, you will be responsible for managing hospitality activities, booking meeting rooms, and building strong relationships with colleagues and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to develop and pitch creative ideas confidently, and have strong administrative confidence. They will also be self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and coordinate premium events for clients
  • Manage hospitality activities in client suites and internal meeting rooms
  • Book meeting rooms and review space/set up styles to best suit
  • Elevate all in-house and out-of-house client activity

As a member of our Hospitality and Events Team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of events, from corporate meetings to networking receptions. You will also be part of a one-team culture that promotes direct responsibility and expects staff to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Salary and Benefits

£50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive pension scheme, life assurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
