About the Role

iMultiply Resourcing Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join their team in West Lothian. This is a permanent position offering excellent career prospects and study support for candidates looking to pursue professional accounting qualifications.

The Role

This is a newly created position that will support the established finance team and liaise with senior managers and budget holders. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Prepare key account reconciliations, including bank recs and supplier statement recs
  • Produce accurate finance reports to specific deadlines
  • Deal with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with day-to-day costings and analysis
  • Complete monthly VAT returns
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end audits
  • Manage cash flow, ensuring it is up to date, accurate, and monitor trends
  • Assist with any ad-hoc finance duties in and around the team
Requirements
  • Ideal candidate has part-qualified or looking to pursue qualifications (AAT/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Minimum of 2 years practical finance experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience using accounting software is preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced user of Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
