Job Description

The NHS is seeking a skilled Practice Nurse to join our team in delivering high-quality patient care. As a key member of the practice team, you will provide routine nursing and medical care, working closely with GPs and other healthcare professionals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver general treatment room duties, including womens health and immunisation programmes for adults and children.
  • Assist in assessing and implementing care to patients presenting with minor injuries, including the removal of sutures.
  • Request pathology tests, such as urine culture and swabs, and manage long-term conditions, including Asthma, COPD, CKD, Diabetes, and Heart Disease.
