Office & Operations Support Role

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient administrator to support key departments within our growing FMCG manufacturer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring communication lines are kept open and efficient, including email inboxes, answering phones, and directing inquiries.

**Key Responsibilities**
• Oversee the ordering and maintenance of office supplies, cleaning products, PPE, laundry services, and other essentials.
• Manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are well-equipped and ready for use, and support any site visits by organizing travel, accommodation, and catering when required.
• Provide administrative support to key departments, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.

**Requirements**
• Previous experience in a similar administration role, ideally within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
