Job Title: Responsible Sourcing Analyst

At FatFace, we're committed to creating a positive impact on the environment and society. As a Responsible Sourcing Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain meets our high standards of sustainability and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain raw material trackers to ensure compliance with our responsible sourcing goals.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on responsible sourcing metrics, including monthly KPI reports and tracker reports.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain raw material KPIs, chase certifications, and coordinate audits.
  • Review social and environmental information from suppliers, including certificates, policies, and impact data.
  • Deliver other material targets through training suppliers, validating product claims, and creating monitoring systems.
  • Engage product teams on sustainable materials and processes, and contribute to corporate reporting and sustainability updates.
Requirements:
  • A strong analytical background with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple areas of work and meet deadlines.
  • Systems experience, including Board and D365.
  • Raw material/textile experience is an advantage.
  • A passion for responsible product and sustainability.
