Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and direction to the maintenance team, ensuring effective planning and organization of tasks and activities.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize your technical knowledge and skills to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues with automated equipment.
- Performance Improvement: Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures, and lead by example in promoting a safe working environment.
- Communication: Maintain strong communication lines with the automation manager, head of automation, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership position within automation or a related field.
