About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Shift Manager to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of your shift team, ensuring effective planning and organization.
  • Train, coach, and mentor your shift team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Perform maintenance and servicing of all onsite automated equipment, including tote conveyors, spiral conveyors, sorters, shuttles, and robotics.
  • Analyze data sources to maintain and improve performance, maximizing efficiency of operation in line with KPIs.
  • Champion safe working practices and ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
  • Lead the shift handover meeting and support other site meetings as required.
Requirements
  • Relevant engineering qualification and experience in a leadership position within automation.
  • Strong communication skills, able to build relationships with technical and non-technical staff.
  • An inspirational leader who is able to coach and mentor their team to success.
