Job Title: Coatings Specialist
**Job Summary:**
Ambitek Limited is seeking an experienced Coatings Specialist to join our team. As a Coatings Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and painting train wheels and axles using 2-pack airless paint systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and paint train wheels and axles using 2-pack airless paint systems
* Ensure high-quality coatings and finishes
* Maintain a safe and organized work environment
* Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2 years' experience in coatings and painting
* Experience with 2-pack airless paint systems
* Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
* Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
**Working Hours:**
* 3 shift rotating pattern - Monday to Friday
* Monday to Thursday: 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
* Friday: 6am-2pm and 12pm-6pm
* Nights: Monday to Thursday and Friday midnight
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive hourly rate: £16.82 per hour (rising to £17.35 after 3 months)
* 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
* Temporary to permanent vacancy
