About the Role

CMME Mortgages and Protection Ltd is seeking a skilled Mortgage Advisor to join our team. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert mortgage advice to clients and helping them achieve their homeownership goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mortgage advice to clients, identifying their needs and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Conduct thorough research to stay up-to-date with new products, technical, and legislative changes in the mortgage market.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain competent status as defined by the FCA and the firm.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of agreed services.
  • Meet performance standards outlined in the firm's Training & Competence scheme.
Requirements
  • Strong track record as a Mortgage Adviser with a proven ability to deliver results.
  • Self-sufficient and ambitious, with a strong desire to grow and develop within the company.
  • Excellent sales skills, with a focus on client service and communication.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong work ethic.
