Join our dynamic team as a Senior People Advisor and seize the opportunity to work alongside and support our People Director. We are seeking a seasoned HR generalist with a proven track record in providing expert advice and guidance to senior managers on complex people-related issues. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing our comprehensive People strategy across our diverse businesses. Flexibility is key, as you will navigate seamlessly between various teams during peak work periods.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with senior managers, stakeholders, and fellow People colleagues.
- Provide expert advice, guidance, and influence stakeholders on all aspects of people-related matters.
- Guide and support managers through employee processes, including performance reviews, salary appraisals, and handling performance-related issues.
- Collaborate with the People Director to ensure up-to-date succession planning information, talent identification, and involvement in restructures and consultations.
- Assist the business in identifying learning and training needs for employees.
- Liaise and collaborate with People colleagues in areas such as learning and development, communications, engagement, operations, recruitment, and data.
- Support the implementation of specific strategies, including recruitment and retention initiatives.
- Contribute to People projects and ensure smooth integration with newly acquired businesses.
- Minimum five years of experience in a generalist HR/People Advisor role, demonstrating strong generalist knowledge and stakeholder relationship management.
- Proven ability to manage workload independently while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.
- Experience working with senior management and leadership teams, providing confident support and advice while adapting to different styles and environments.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain availability and approachability to stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
