Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our engineering projects from initial client enquiry to successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical or Electrical engineering and experience in managing projects within the Water, Aviation, Airports/Terminals, Utilities, Hospitality, Retail, Road or Rail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure that projects meet the required technical specifications and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to identify new sales opportunities and grow the project business.
Requirements:
  • Good experience as a Project Manager with Mechanical or Electrical experience.
  • Experience in managing engineering projects within Water, Aviation, Airports/Terminals, Utilities, Hospitality, Retail, Road or Rail sectors.
  • Excellent communication and people skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Able to travel to client and project sites across multiple UK locations.
