Overview

The Opportunity Hub UK is an innovative education business based in the United Kingdom. We are seeking a talented individual to join our small, fast-paced team as an Account Manager.

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced account/relationship manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders associated with our accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create proposals for new accounts and work with Bid Writers to bring in new business
  • Build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders associated with our accounts
  • Manage all enquiries for specific accounts, including tutors, schools, and parents
  • Attend and lead meetings with account contacts
  • Ensure termly KPI's are met and exceeded where possible
  • Manage costings and funding for each account
  • Evaluate, analyze, and monitor progress of each account and tutor
  • Recruit and onboard tutors and conduct assessments
  • Provide support for tutors with all aspects of the role
  • Process tutor documentation for each contract
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Essential Skills:
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to engage and work collaboratively
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, and statistical skills
  • Excellent business writing skills and ability to produce high-quality content
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Understanding of curriculum and education, including special educational needs
  • 2 years' experience of account/relationship management
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £31,000 depending on experience, on-the-job training and development opportunities to help you grow and progress in your career, and the chance to make a real difference by contributing to closing the inequality gap in education.
