T2M Resourcing Ltd is looking for a highly skilled UK Financial Reporting Specialist to join their team. The successful candidate will have experience in financial reporting and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial metrics and trends.

Competitive Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. They will also analyse variances between actual and budgeted performance, compile and present financial data to support decision-making, and monitor and report on key financial metrics against budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, analysing variances, and compiling financial data to support decision-making.
  • Reconciliations and Month-End Close: Perform bank, account, and ledger reconciliations, assist with year-end audit process, reconcile intercompany accounts, maintain fixed asset register, and process weekly payment run.

Requirements:

  • Ideal Candidate Profile: Studying towards a professional accounting qualification - CIMA, ACCA, or ACA.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong capability to analyse data and identify trends, interpreting financial metrics to support business decisions.
  • Team player: Comfortable working collaboratively with other departments and teams.
  • Detail oriented: Meticulous with numbers and processes, ensuring high accuracy in financial records.
