We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Field Service Engineer to join our team at Heels & Brogues Group. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and setting up commercial coffee equipment, as well as performing preventative maintenance services and attending reactive breakdown and repair call outs.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Install and commission commercial coffee equipment
  2. Perform preventative maintenance services
  3. Attend reactive breakdown and repair call outs
  4. Provide operator training on coffee equipment
  5. Manage spare parts stock holding in service van
  6. Complete service reports and supply timely paperwork
  7. Support colleagues and engage with all areas of the business

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a 1 in 4 weekend rota. You will receive full training before joining the team and will be expected to work independently, managing your own workload and prioritizing tasks effectively.

About the Role: As a Field Service Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues to provide excellent customer service and support. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working with a range of commercial coffee equipment and technologies.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in electrical and engineering from previous employment
  2. Full training will be provided, but you must be able to work independently and manage your own workload
