We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Field Service Engineer to join our team at Heels & Brogues Group.

Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Salary: From £35,000 OTE £50,000

Location: South West London

  6. Weekly overtime rate is £22.50 per hour after 47.5 hours
  7. Weekend overtime rate is £22.50 per hour
  8. Bank holiday overtime rate is £30 per hour plus an additional £50 standby
  9. 40 hours standard working week plus 2.5 hours per week unpaid lunch break. Plus 5 hours travelling time paid at £10 per hour
  10. Non-Contributory company pension scheme (company pays 10%)
  11. Death in Service. 4 times annual salary to nominated persons
  12. Full training supplied although must have previous experience in electrical and engineering from previous employment.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will receive comprehensive training before joining the 1-4 weekend rota, allowing you to become an integral part of our team. We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic individual to join our team; however, experience in another electro-mechanical field service role would be considered.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  1. Install, commission and set up commercial coffee equipment
  2. Perform pre-planned preventative maintenance services
  3. Attend re-active break down and repair call outs
  4. Operator training (e.g. operation and cleaning of coffee equipment)
  5. Self-sufficient management of spare parts stock holding in service van
  6. Manage and supply timely paperwork, including full completion of service reports (with photos if required)
  7. Support colleagues and engage pro-actively with all areas of the business

Schedule: Monday to Friday (1 in 4 Weekend)
