We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Youth Program Coordinator to join our team at Protocol Education.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the internal exclusion room, managing student behavior, and overseeing an internal exclusion program that returns students to their lessons better able to manage their behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the internal exclusion room and manage student behavior
  • Oversee the internal exclusion program and return students to their lessons
  • Manage and analyze behavior data to positively impact student outcomes
  • Support students with their return to mainstream lessons and management after school impositions

Requirements:

The successful candidate will hold a professional qualification or experience relating to work with young people, possess good communication and numeric skills, and have IT and admin skills.
