Job Title: Delegated Authority/Binder Operations Associate

Kentro Capital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Delegated Authority/Binder Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional technical and administrative support to our business units and managers.
  • Manage complex queries from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist with the preparation and review of Written Bordereaux, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Administer new and renewal Binding Authority Agreements, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely updates.
  • Collaborate with our senior operations team to develop and improve operational policies and procedural manuals.
  • Conduct system testing in RiskWrite and RiskWrite Analytics, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.
Requirements:
  • Education to A Levels or QCF Level 3 and/or equivalent qualification.
  • Enthusiastic and hardworking individual with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • IT literate, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Knowledge of Binding Authority Agreements is essential.
