About the Role

Kentro Capital is seeking a highly motivated and organized Delegated Authority/Binder Operations Associate to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to our business units and managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with the preparation and review of Written Bordereaux, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage the administration of new and renewal Binding Authority Agreements, ensuring timely updates and compliance.
  • Coordinate the approval and registration process of Binding Authority Agreements, utilizing various Lloyd's and London Market tools.
  • Develop and maintain operational policies and procedural manuals, under the guidance of senior operations associates.
  • Update internal trackers and reporting mechanisms, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Conduct system testing in RiskWrite and RiskWrite Analytics, ensuring new and renewal Binding Authority Agreements, products, and system functionality are properly signed off.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Requirements
  • A minimum of A Levels or QCF Level 3 and/or equivalent qualification.
  • A strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • High attention to detail, with accurate record-keeping and quality output.
  • Presentation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A desire to find solutions, learn, and challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to build trust through integrity and professionalism.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships.
  • IT literacy, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Knowledge of Binding Authority Agreements is essential.
