Job Opportunity

Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer, is seeking a skilled Front of House Supervisor to join their team at Charterhouse. As a key member of the Catering Department, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for students, staff, and guests.



Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Front of House team to deliver high-quality service and maintain a clean and welcoming environment
• Supervise the serving of breakfast, lunch, and dinner to a large and diverse group of people
• Ensure efficient service during peak periods, including weekends and special events
• Collaborate with the Catering Department to develop and implement new menu ideas and promotions
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including attendance and performance data

Requirements

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader in a similar environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
