Business Systems Administrator Opportunity

AFH Wealth Management, a leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firm, is seeking a skilled Business Systems Administrator to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that offers a competitive salary and range of benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records of providers, online access, and agency codes.
  • Assist with the management of IPS and external accounts, ensuring smooth data feeds and provider credentials.
  • Identify and rectify data errors, notifying the source of the issue.
  • Support data cleansing projects to ensure data integrity.
Requirements:
  • Desirable experience in finance, but not essential.
  • Good understanding of internal systems and processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Ability to analyse, interpret, and organise data.
  • Previous customer service experience.
