Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to support our HR team in all aspects of HR administration. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for HR-related queries and perform administrative tasks
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain HR platforms and ensure data compliance
  • Support recruitment activities and ensure all data captured and records kept are compliant with Data Protection/GDPR regulations
  • Perform HR processes and support the HR team as needed
Requirements
  • Previous HR administration experience and understanding of HR processes
  • Proven experience in maintaining HRIS and ability to deal with confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, time-management, and organizational skills
  • Good MS Office skills, in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritize workload, and manage multiple activities
  • Level 3 CIPD Qualified (desirable)
  • Good problem-solving and project management skills (desirable)
