As a Technical Services Officer (Structural) at Kirklees Council, you will play a crucial role in the management and delivery of construction-related projects. Your key responsibilities will include designing and managing the performance of capital projects, ensuring effective design and delivery of schemes, and acting as the Council's Technical Authority.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant professional or academic qualification or extensive experience supporting the skills needed for Technical Services Officer (Structural). They will also possess strong IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office, AutoDesk, NBS, and Tekla Tedds design packages. In addition, they must be able to travel independently to and from locations away from the office, visit construction sites, and ascend/descend scaffolding on accompanied visits.
