Job Opportunity

Gulhuset Design is seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team in all areas of the Product Life Cycles from Mechanical Future Concepts, Detailed Design and Qualification to Production and In-service Support.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the development of mechanical solutions on a wide variety of complex systems while collaborating with wider multi-disciplinary teams.
  2. Develop and implement robust design solutions across the Product Life Cycle (CADMID).
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business requirements.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and design tools to drive innovation and efficiency.
  5. Contribute to the development of Gulhuset Design's engineering capabilities and expertise.

Requirements

  1. Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Design and Development.
  2. Proven experience in leading mechanical design work packages and working within a multi-disciplinary team.
  3. Strong understanding of structural/thermal/dynamic analysis and relevant 3D CAD/CAE experience.
  4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
