Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Render Programmer to join our team and work on our upcoming AAA Battle Royale game, Off The Grid. As a key member of our rendering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of high-quality rendering systems, ensuring high coding standards, and guiding the career development of programmers within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the rendering team and ensure high coding standards
  • Guide the career development of programmers within the team
  • Collaborate with design, development, production, and product leadership to ensure render systems are well-integrated and support overall game goals
  • Architect, prototype, build, and maintain rendering systems in high-quality C++
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience as a render programmer in games, with at least one shipped AAA title
  • Strong leadership qualities, including motivation, positivity, and active listening
  • Strong understanding of 3D rendering algorithms and related mathematics
  • Strong knowledge of one or more rendering APIs, such as DirectX, Vulkan, or console ones
  • Expertise in multiple programming languages, including C++
  • Strong understanding of low-level systems, such as physics, networking, and memory
  • Familiarity with game engines, IDEs, source control, and build infrastructure
  • Experience working as a render developer on Unreal Engine 4 or 5
