Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the rendering team to deliver high-quality rendering systems
  • Collaborate with the Engine Director and other tech leads to ensure the team meets project timelines
  • Develop and implement rendering features and systems
  • Profile, optimize, and set budgets for rendering tasks
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members
  • Maintain and improve team effectiveness and efficiency
Requirements
  • High level of technical ability, including C++
  • Professional game development experience on high-quality projects
  • Broad and comprehensive understanding of rendering techniques
  • Knowledge of CPU, GPU, and asset optimization approaches
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to prioritize effectively
  • Experience with Unreal Engine 4 preferred
  • Familiarity with the latest generation of consoles preferred
