We are seeking a Lead Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time permanent basis, working approximately 5 hours per week for £30,000 with opportunity for further career growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing design briefs, thinking creatively to produce innovative ideas and concepts, and presenting finalized designs back to managers and account managers.

  1. Developing and implementing visual identity strategies across various platforms.
  2. Designing and creating engaging marketing materials, including websites, brochures, and other marketing collateral digitally and for print.
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing projects from conception to production.
  4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry software, graphic design styles, and layout techniques.
  5. Providing photography services, including studio photography.
  6. Degree in Design, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or relevant field required.
  7. Proficient in image editing software like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
  8. Familiarity with design software, such as InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

  • Passion for design and creative problem-solving.
  • Proven work experience in design and portfolio of completed projects.
  • Strong aesthetic skills, able to combine colours, fonts, and layouts effectively.
  • Ability to write high-quality content as required.
  • Flexible approach when working with teams and time management skills.
