About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Property Build and Sale Executive to join our team in the North West region. As a key member of our property development business, you will be responsible for managing full lifecycle projects from land sourcing to property build and sale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions between phases
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Monitor and control project budgets and financials, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication within the team and with external partners

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction development management and excellent communication and project management skills.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction development management, with a focus on quality and timeliness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing circumstances
