We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to join our team. As a Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing companionship and support to adults in their own homes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring nature, and the ability to work independently. You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
About the Role:
- Providing companionship and emotional support to adults
- Assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care and medication
- Helping with household chores and running errands
- Supporting individuals with mobility issues
Requirements:
- No previous experience necessary, but a caring and empathetic nature is essential
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are required
- You must have the Right to Work in the UK
Benefits:
- Paid mileage of 35p per mile between calls
- Early Pay App - request up to 50% of your pay in advance of payday

Salary: Approximately £21,000 per annum, dependent on experience
